| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析国内外保健用品管理经验，研究保健用品卫生管理方面对策。方法对近年来保健用品的卫生管理状况进行分析。结果国内外目前并无统一的保健用品管理法规，给生产企业的利益及消费者的健康带来损害。结论国家应尽快制定保健用品法律法规，使保健用品尽快进入规范有序的管理轨道。

| Abstract: | Objectives Through the analysis of experiences in domestic and international management of healthcare products, to explore the countermeasures of hygienic management on heahhcare products. Methods Analysing the current status of hygienic management on heahhcare products. Results There was no uniformed law or regulation on healthcare products either at home or abroad; under this condition, the benefit of manufacturers and the health of consumers would be damaged. Conclusions Laws and regulations on healthcare products should be formulated promptly, in order to make the management of healthcare products entered into an orderly administrative track. |
