| 摘 要： | 目的:研究华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera果实的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从华中五味子果实的石油醚部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为(+)-安五脂素(1),五味子甲素(2),interiotherin A(3),五味子酸甲(4),β-谷甾醇(5),五味子酯丁(6),4-羟基苯甲醛(7),6-O-苯甲酰戈米辛O(8),schizandronic acid(9),schisanlactone D(10),schisanlactone B(11),kadsulac-tone A(12)。结论:化合物3,7,10～12为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera.Method: The constituents were isolated by their silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 gel column,and their structures were elucidated by their chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.Result: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as(+)-anwulignan(1),deoxyschizandrin(2),interiotherin A(3),schisantherin A(4),β-sitosterol(5),schisantherin D(6),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7),6-O-benzoylgomisin O(8),schizandronic acid(9),schisanlactone D(10),schisanlactone B(11),kadsulactone A(12).Conclusion: Compounds 3,7,10-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time. |
