| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性外伤性硬膜下积液的疗效。方法:将60例急性外伤性硬膜下积液的患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组和对照组,中西医结合治疗组中主要是在西医保守治疗的基础上加用香丹注射液治疗。结果:中西医结合治疗组中,28例复查头部CT示积液于2周~3个月内完全消失治愈率达93.3%;而对照组中22例复查头部CT示积液于2周~3个月内完全消失,治愈率达73.3%。两组患者的治愈率经过统计分析有较显著差异(P<0.05)。
