| 摘 要： | 目的：观察摇拔戳手法改善急性外踝扭伤患者功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将急性外踝扭伤的40例患者按照中央随机的方法分配到试验组（21例）和对照组（19例），试验组予以摇拔戳手法加弹性绷带固定，对照组予以冰袋冷敷加弹性绷带固定，两组患者的治疗周期均为2周。结果：试验组疗效优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：摇拔戳手法能显著改善急性外踝扭伤患者的功能障碍情况。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of shake-stamp-pull technique approaching to improve the patients with acute lateral ankle sprain dysfunction. Methods：40 patients with acute lateral ankle sprain were assigned to the experimental group （21 cases） and the control group （19 cases） in accordance with the center randomization method. The experimental group was given shake-stamp-pull technique and elastic bandage, while the control group received cold packs and elastic bandage. The treatment period of the two groups was two weeks. Results：The difference of effective rate between the two groups was highly statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion..Shake-pull stamp technique can significantly improve the function of patients with acute lateral ankle sprain. |
