摘    要:
目的结合临床教学改革,探讨PBL和讨论式教学法在消化科教学中的应用。方法选择适当的、高质量的真实病例为教学病例,编制合理准确的问题,要求学生在查房前、中和查房结束后积极思考和参加讨论。结果将PBL与讨论式教学法融入消化科的临床教学查房中取得了良好的效果,学生临床思维明显提高,学习兴趣和临床考试成绩明显上升,具备了较强的专业能力和临床技能,教学督导组及学生自评均给予较高评价,有兴趣从事该临床工作的学生逐年增加。结论将PBL与讨论式教学法融入消化科教学查房中可行,值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of problem-based learning (PBL) and discussion- based teaching in gastroenterology teaching by relating to our reform in clinical teaching. Methods First, we selected high-quality and real cases as teaching cases. Then, we prepared reasonable and precise problems for the students. All the students were required to think and participate in discussions before, during and after ward-round teaching. Results Application of PBL and discussion-based teaching in gastroenterology ward-round teaching brought good outcomes. The students made improvements in clinical thinking, interest in learning and clinical examination scores. They acquired better professionalism and clinical skills. The teaching supervision team and students gave positive evaluations. A gradually increased number of students were interested in doing the clinical work. Conclusion It is feasible to apply PBL and discussion-based teaching in ward-round teaching of gastroenterology department, which deserves popularization.
