| 摘 要： | 促红细胞生成素(EPO)是一种造血细胞生长因子,以往主要用于治疗多种原因所致的贫血。研究发现EPO受体广泛分布于各种非造血组织,其中包括心脏组织。最近的研究提示,EPO对心肌梗死、缺血再灌注损伤及阿霉素心肌损害等具有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Erythropoietin(EPO) is known as a classical hematopoietic growth factor of cells,which has been used to treat anemia caused by different reasons.Studies have found that EPO receptor is widely distributed in a variety of non-hematopoietic tissue,including myocardial tissue.Recent studies have demonstrated that EPO has protective effects on myocardial infarction,ischemia-reperfusion and adriamycin-induced myocardial damage. |
