| 摘 要： | 目的在医学模式转变、医学大环境急剧变化的现实背景下,临床医学教育面临着日益严峻的伦理学冲突和困难。文组分析了临床医学教育的特点和所面临的伦理学困境,指出通过采取大力发展医学模拟教育、加强医学生人文素质教育以及完善医学生临床实践法律细则等对策以缓解伦理学困难、构建法理兼容的和谐临床培训环境。此举对于保障临床医学教育质量、培养合格的临床实用型人才具有重要的现实意义。
