| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨苯那普利抗高血压病（EH）的疗效及其对左室肥厚（LVH）的影响。方法：动态观察34例Ⅱ或Ⅲ期EH伴LVH的患者服用苯那普利6个月后血压和LVH的变化。结果：治疗后收缩压、舒张压均显著下降（P＜0．01），总有效率达94．1％；左室内径（LVDd）、舒张期室间隔厚度（IVST）、左室后壁厚度（PWT）缩小，左室重量（LVM）和左室重量指数（LVMI）降低（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。结论：苯那普利不仅有较好的降压效果，并可同时逆转LVH。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Benazepril in antihypersion and left ventricular hypertrophy Methods Blood pressure and left ventricular structure were examined before and after administration at Benazepril in 34 patients with essential hypertension Results After treatment,SBp and DBp decreased(p<0 01) The total effective rate of Benazepril in antihypertension was 94 1% LVDd,LVST and PWT became thiner(P<0 05);LVM and LVMI were alos lowered(P<0 01) Conclusions Benazepril not only has better antihypertensive effect but also has reversional effect of left ventricular hypertroply |
