| 摘 要： | 目的:评价体温计消毒筛的应用效果.方法:随机选取我院50名护理人员进行2年追踪调查,2007年使用体温计消毒盘为对照组,2008年使用体温计消毒筛为实验组.记录两组操作时间,体温计损坏量,护理人员皮肤损伤情况.采用自制的<护理人员使用满意度问卷>评价护理人员对体温计消毒筛使用依从性.结果:实验组操作时间、体温计损坏率、护理人员皮肤损伤率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组护理人员使用满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:体温计消毒筛在体温计的消毒及使用过程中,不仅方便快捷,简化工作流程、提高工作效率,还有利于护理人员自我防护及环境保护,值得在临床推广应用. |
