间质反应细胞对进展期胃癌生物学行为的影响

目的 观察间质反应细胞对胃癌生物学行为的影响.方法 在HE染色及网状纤维和VG染色的切片上,根据纤维细胞在胃癌组织中的增生方式作了分型;用图像分析仪对淋巴-浆细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞反应的数密度作了测量;在光镜下对间质肥大细胞反应做了计数.以上指标均以均数作界值把胃癌分为两组,即高密度组和低密度组,然后观察临床病理参数在两组之间的差异.结果 进展期胃癌分为限制型纤维细胞增生和伴随型纤维细胞增生两种类型.临床病理参数在两型之间存在着显著差异(P＜0.05),淋巴-浆细胞浸润、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润和肥大细胞反应在两组间存在显著或极显著差异(P＜0.05/0.01).结论 间质反应细胞对胃癌的生物学行为有重要影响,胃癌术后患者应积极采取增强病人免疫力的治疗方案,慎用降低宿主免疫力的治疗措施.

The relation between stroma cell reaction and biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between cell reactions in the stroma and the biologic behaviors of advanced gas-tric carainoma.Methods Two types i.e.limited proliferate type and parallel porlifevation type were divided according to the patterns ofribroe cell proliferation.The intensive degree of lymphocyte-plasmacytes and eosinophils reaction was assessed with CMIAS image analy-sis system.Mast cell reaction was counted with microscopy in lowpower using net micrometer(55 mm).Three indicators mentioned a-bove were divided into two groups,i.e.,high reaction group and lowreaction group depending on the mean digit.Then the relationshipbetween the clinic-pathologic parameters and the two groups were observed.Results The clinic-pathologic parameters were significantdifference among the limited proliferate type and the parallel proliferate type(P<0.05),high and low reactions of the lymphocyte-plasmscytes,eosinophils,as well as mast cells.Conclusion The cell reaction in the stroma of gastric carcinoma is an important factorin defense mechanism against tumor invasion and spread.The measures improving the immuntiy of the host should be taken for the pa-tients with gastric cancer after gastrectomy.
