| 摘 要： | 目的观察缺氧缺血性脑病(H IE)新生儿高压氧治疗前后免疫功能的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择20例H IE新生儿作为观察对象,同时选择20例健康新生儿作为对照组,于高压氧一疗程治疗前后分别检测CD23、IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3、CD4、CD8等免疫指标。结果H IE新生儿高压氧治疗前后比较显示,治疗后血清CD23、IgA、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均明显降低(P均<0.05),而血清IgG、IgM、CD8和治疗前相比无明显差异(P均>0.05)。结论高压氧治疗对H IE新生儿免疫功能有明显的抑制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of immunologic function in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) newborns before and after hyperbaric oxygen.Methods:The HIE newborns group contained 20 cases,20 cases from healthy newborns were used as control group.Two blood samples were collected in each case before and after a course of hyperbaric oxygen treatment,levels of CD_(23),Immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM,CD_3,CD_4,CD_8 in peripheral blood were detected.Results:Compared with the newborns before hyperbaric oxygen treatment,the levels of CD_(23),IgA,CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 in peripheral blood of the newborns after hyperbaric oxygen treatment were inhibited significantly and the levels of IgG,IgM,CD_8 were no obvious differences.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen inhibits immunologic function of HIE newborns obviously. |
