骨伤科外用中药驳骨黄水毒理学研究

目的：为确保临床用药的安全，对外用中药驳骨黄水进行毒理学研究。方法：按新药的有关要求作如下试验，小鼠腹腔注射急性毒性试验．家兔急性皮肤刺激性试验，豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验。结果：该药物小鼠腹腔注射半数致死量（LD50）为9．25ml／kg；对兔正常皮肤和破损皮肤未见有刺激反应；对豚鼠皮肤无致敏作用。结论：驳骨黄水动物外用是可安全的，腹腔注射有一定的毒性，为临床应用提供了参考。

Toxicological study of the traditional Chinese medicine for external application Boguhuangshui in tramotology and orthopedics

Objective: To study the toxicology of the traditional Chinese medicines for external application Boguhuangshui and to assure the safty of new drug in clinical application. Methods: The following tests were done according to the re- quirement of developing new drugs, The intraperitoneal injection toxicology on kunming mice; the skin irritating tests on rabbits; the skin allergic tests on guinea pigs. Results: The LD50 was 9.25 ml/kg. It had no irritating and allergic effects on skins. Conclusion: The external application of Boguhuangshui is safe. It has certain toxic action for intraperitoneal injec - tion.All these research are useful for clinical application.
