4560例孕妇ABO血型抗体检测回顾性分析

目的 研究O型孕妇ABO血型抗体效价异常在孕妇中所占比率及临床意义。方法利用凝胶微柱技术进行IgG抗A或抗B的ABO血型抗体效价检测。结果4560例孕妇中，血清效价≥1：64者851例，异常检出率为18．6％。结论O型孕妇中ABO血型抗体效价异常所占比率较高，因此应及时检测孕妇的ABO血型抗体，便于早发现异常，及时治疗，以减少新生儿溶血病的发生，达到优生优育的目的。

Retrospective study on ABO blood group antibody of 4560 pregnant women

Objective To study the rate and the clinical significances of the O type maternal -fetal ABO blood group in - compatibility in pregnancy. Methods The IgG of anti - A or anti - B of the ABO blood group antibody titer were detected by the microcolumn gel. Results There were 851 cases（the serum titer≥1：64）in 4560 pregnant women. The abnormal rate wasl8.6%. Conclusions The serum titer rate was higher in pregnancy women with O boold group type, so the ABO blood group antibody titer should be detected in time in pregnancy to find the abnormalities earlier, in order to decrease the rate of haemolytic disease of the newborn.
