左旋氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重的临床疗效与药敏研究

摘    要:
为观察左旋氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重的疗效及分离细菌对该药的敏感性。选择慢性支气管炎急性加重患者86例,随机分为实验组(口服左旋氧氟沙星500mg/d)45例及对照组(口服头孢克洛250mg,3次/d)41例。两组患者治疗前、后均进行痰培养和药敏试验。结果显示,左旋氧氟沙星组痰培养致病菌株54株,细菌清除率为92.6%,临床有效率为91.11%;头孢克洛组致病菌株48株,细菌清除率为91.7%,临床有效率为90.24%。表明左旋氧氟沙星抗菌谱广,疗效好,同时还具有可每日1次给药及缩短给药天数的优点

Abstract:
The clinical efficacy of levofloxacin in treatment of acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis(ABECB) and its sensitivity on isolated bacteria were studied. Total of 86 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group (n=45, treated with levofloxacin, 500mg/d) and the control group (n=41, treated with cefaclor, 250mg,tid). Both preand posttherapy and microbial sensitive experiments were performed in the control and experimental groups. With levofloxacin, the overall eradication of pathogen was 92.6% and the cured/improved was 91.1%. With cefaclor, the overall eradication of pathogen was 91.7% and the cured/improved was 90.4%. These data suggest that levofloxacin is a very broad spectrum fluroquinolone with excellent activity against organisms, and it has a good clinical efficacy and the advantages of simply oncedaily use and shortage of administering days.
