| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在婴幼儿血管瘤和婴幼儿正常皮肤的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P染色法,检测HIF-1α、VEGF在婴幼儿血管瘤及正常皮肤的表达。结果:HIF-1α、VEGF表达水平在血管瘤与正常皮肤之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血管瘤中HIF-1α与VEGF表达呈正相关。结论:HIF-1α与VEGF在血管瘤中呈阳性表达,可能参与促进血管瘤血管生成。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α（ HIF-1α） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in infantile hemangioma and normal skin. Methods： The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF was investigated in infantile hemangioma and normal skin by immunohistochemical S-P staining assay. Results ： The differences of the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF between infantile hemangioma and normal skin were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in infantile hemangioma. Conclusion ： There was a positive expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in infantile hemangioma, indicating that HIF-1α and VEGF may participate in the angiogenesis of hemangioma. |
