单纯外科手术和外科手术联合放疗治疗早期乳腺癌临床效果对比分析

目的探讨单纯外科手术和外科手术联合放疗治疗早期乳腺癌临床效果,为早期乳腺癌的治疗提供临床依据。方法选取2003年2月至2006年9月在我院治疗的262例早期乳腺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予保乳术联合放射治疗,对照组给予改良手术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后并发症比较差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后5年时,观察组的复发率为7.63%,对照组为14.50%,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,观察组患者Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组,差异用统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术联合放疗治疗可明显改善早期乳腺癌患者远期预后,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Surgery Alone and Surgery Combined with Radiotherapy for Early Breast Cancer Comparative Analysis of Clinical Results

Objective To investigate the surgery alone and surgery combined with radiotherapy for early breast cancer clinical results, for the treatment of early breast cancer clinical basis. Methods February 2003 to September 2006 in our hospital 262 cases of early breast cancer were randomly divided into two the control group and the observationg group, the observationg group was given breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy, the control group was given the improved surgical treatment, patient outcomes were compared. Results There were more complications after the treatment was not significantly different （P〉0.05）; 5 years after treatment, the observed recurrence rate was 7.63% group, the control group was 14.50%, the observation group the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, The patients Karnofsky score was significantly higher, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgery combined with radiotherapy can significantly improve long-term prognosis of early breast cancer patients, improve patient quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
