脑卒中后遗症患者家庭康复训练的意义探讨

目的探讨脑卒中后遗症患者家庭康复训练的意义。方法 51例卒中恢复期作为研究对象,在医院指导下,积极创造良好的康复环境,并给予系统的康复训练。结果患者肢体功能有显著性改善(Z=1.534,P<0.05)。患者语言功能各项指标也有显著性改善(均P<0.01)。结论在医院指导下进行的家庭康复训练,可促进患者康复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床考虑
