| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜下膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术患者的围术期护理方法。方法:对7例腹腔镜下膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术患者做好术前、术后护理。结果:本组患者术后10～12 d拔管,未出现管道脱落或堵塞等异常情况;1例术后4d导尿管堵塞,给予5%碳酸氢钠注射液80 ml低压冲洗后尿液引流通畅;未出现肠梗阻情况。结论:加强围术期护理可减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。 |
