| 摘 要： | 目的：建立孟克哈日根钠-7中总胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱主为C18柱，以甲醇-水（77：23）流动相，流速：1．0mL／min，检测波长为343nm。结果：胡椒碱在0．02016-0．2016μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9996。平均回收98．8％,RSD为0．53％结论：实验所用方法专属性强、重现性好、精密度高，能准确地对胡椒碱进行含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim：To establish a method for assay of piperine in Mengh hargen-7 pills.Methods：Rp-HPLC was used with a C18 column and a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water （77：23）.The detesting wavelength was at 343 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results：The average recovery rate was98.8% and RSD was 0.53% （n=6）.Conclusion：The method was simple, fast,and reproducible,and could be used for the assay of piperine. |
