Analgesic effects of sufentanil combining with flurbiprofen after spinal surgery

Objective： To investigate the analgesic effects of sufentanil combining with flurbiprofen as self controlled intravenous analgesia gradient after spinal surgery.Methods： A total of 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each.The observation group was given flurbiprofen and sufentanil as self controlled intravenous analgesia gradient,while the control group was given flurbiprofen alone.Analgesic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results： VAS and ramesay scores significantly decreased in both groups 24 h after the treatment（P〈0.05）,while the observation group showed significant lower ramesay scores at all time points comparing with that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups was not significant different（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The analgesic effect of sufentanil combining with flurbiprofen after spinal surgery is good and safe.It′s worth for application in large scale.
