| 摘 要： | 临床路径管理模式是新医改的重要内容。通过规范医院服务水平、改善医患关系、调整医院经营策略促进医院市场竞争力的提升；临床路径管理模式也将奠基医疗付费新体制，对现有医疗市场供需模式产生显著影响，促进医疗竞争新秩序的形成。临床路径管理模式将为医院发展带来新的机遇。
