Feasibility for general anesthesia via taraheal intubation using dezocine

Objective： To explore the feasibility of general anesthesia via taraheal intubation using dezocine by evaluating its influence on hemodynamics and its safety.Methods： A total of 90 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients that scheduled for operation under general anesthesia via tracheal intubation were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in each.General anesthesia in GroupⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ was induced by gradients of midazolam 0.03 mg/kg ＋ fentanyl 4 μg/kg ＋ rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg;midazolam 0.03 mg/kg ＋ dezocine 0.1 mg/kg ＋ rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg;and dezocine 0.15mg/kg.Tracheal intubation was inserted when BIS decreased to 60 or below.At six time points including preinduction,preintubation intubation and 1,3,and 5 m after intubation,changes in hemodynamics and dosages of propofol were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results： Group Ⅱ showed significant higher MAP and HR at all six time points（P〈0.05）,but no significant difference was observed between groupⅠand groupⅢ（P〉0.05）.Dosage of propofol used inⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was（90.2±12.3）mg vs.（120.2±16.8）mg vs（91.9±12.2）mg,indicating group Ⅱ consumed higher dosage of propofol than the other two groups（P〈0.05）,while no significant difference was observed between Ⅰand Ⅲ（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Dezocine can be used for general anesthesia via taraheal intubation.At the dosage of 0.15mg/kg,dezocine can maintain a stable hemodynamic state and restrain cardiovascular reflection in tracheal intubation.
