| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肿痛安丁香油糊剂治疗干槽症的疗效。方法:选择干槽症患者128例,经彻底清创后,采用肿痛安丁香油糊剂填塞于牙槽窝,并观察治疗后疼痛缓解情况及组织愈合情况。结果:128例患者治疗后1、3、7d复诊,止疼有效率为96.09%,组织愈合总有效率为95.31%。结论:肿痛安丁香油糊剂治疗干槽症,能明显缓解疼痛症状,并对组织愈合具有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zhongtongan-Eugenol paste in the treatment of dry sockets. Methods： The present review consisted of 128 dry socket cases. After debridement, Zhongtongan-Eugenol paste was plugged into the socket. Results： After 1,3,7 days, the analgesic effective rate was 96.09% ,the total effective rate was 95.31%. Conclusion： Dry socket treatment by Zhongtongan-Eugenol paste can relieve the pain and shorten healing time. |
