摘    要:
目的 建立简便、实用的精液液化速率测定技术. 方法 以常规显微镜擦镜纸作滤过膜与硅化玻璃漏斗结合,制备“精液液化速率测定装置“,并对12例健康供精者和63例临床不明原因不育症患者精液进行测定.通过单位时间内滤过的精液量换算液化百分率,以时间为横坐标制作液化曲线. 结果 使用“精液液化速率测定装置“,以硅油作质量控制实验,过滤效果稳定,误差较小,有较好的敏感性;由人精液液化曲线可见,精液液化过程可分为“快相“和“慢相“两个阶段,正常人快相约15 min,液化率>90%;不育患者快相时程延长、幅度降低,40 min只达约80%;84.13%标本虽然于80 min内完全液化,但却存在“快相“时程延长而幅度降低的现象. 结论 本文建立的方法可提供准确的精液液化信息,提示有些“不明原因不育症“病例可能与精液液化不良有关.

Abstract:
Objective To develop and evaluate an easy assay for quantifying the liquefaction of the human semen.Methods The conventional microscope lens paper lining in a siliconized glass funnel was utilized as filter for the filtration of liquefied semen.The percentage of semen passing through the filter ejaculated semen was used to detect the liquefaction rate.Results The procedure of the liquefaction of human semen was divided into two phase: the "fast" and "slow".In donor semen,the "fast phase" was 15min during which the liquefaction rate was >90%.In "unexplained infertility" semen,the period of("fast phase") was delayed and a small portion of the semen was still not liquefied over 80 min in 15.87% samples of semen.Conclusion The new method is useful in determine the liquefaction rate of human semen.It is possible that the liquefaction barrier is a factor hidden behind the "unexplained infertility".
