肿瘤病人白细胞、癌细胞MTT法体外抗癌药敏测定相关性探讨

 用MTT法测定了78例癌症病人的癌细胞和外周血白细胞, 对15种抗癌药物的药敏性。 结果发现:妇瘤对十种抗癌药物, 白细胞、癌细胞药敏阳性及抑制率都有差别, 但无统计学意义, 有很好的相关性。 肺癌病人的情况大致与妇瘤病人一样。 除了CTX对白细胞药敏率比癌细胞显著增高外, 其它九种药物亦无统计学差异。 结肠、直肠癌组的白细胞和癌细胞药敏性对部份药物有极大的差别, 它们是5－FU、MMC、CTX、DDP, 癌细胞药敏抑制率明显高于白细胞（P＜0.025、P＜0.001）。

A study on the anti-cancer drugs'sensitivity in the cancer cells and WBC of cancer's patients with MTT assay in vitro

The sensitivity of cancer cells and peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) to 15kinds of drug were tested by the MTT method in 78 patients. The results showed that: There were not significant differences among the ten kinds of drug in the sensitivity, and the suppresive rates of cancer cells, and PBL from the patients suffered from gynecologic tumors. The differences mentioned above was parallel between cancer cells and the PBL. The similar detection was got from the pulmonarycancer's patients. The sensitivity of the PBL to CTX was obviously higherthan that of the tumous cells, but there were not significant differeences in the sensitivities of both cells to the other 9 kinds of the drug. Signific and diffierences in the sensitivity of two kinds of cell to 5-Fu, MMC, CTX and DDP were found in the patients with colon or rectal carcinoma, and the suppresive rates of cancer cells werehigher than hatt of the PBL(P＜0.001, P＜0.025).
