51例恶性肿瘤病人放射性核素(99mTC-MDP)骨显像诊断价值

 本文51例恶性肿瘤病人均进行了全身者显像检查，其阳性检出率为86．3%（44／51），而X线阳性检出率为39．2%（20／51）。51例病人临床诊断为骨转移者47例，核素骨显像阳性44例，阳性符合率达93．6%，CT、MRI及X线检查阳性符合率分别为66．7%、83．3%和42．6%。认为^99mTC－MDP骨显像是一种安全可靠、灵敏度高的方法，对骨转移的早期病变可较X线片提前1～8月发现。

Value of Diagosis with Radionuclide (~(99m)TC-MDP)Bone Imaging A Report of 51 cases

Whole-body bone imaging has been performed in 51 petients with malignacies,positive results were found in 86. 3 percent of this series (44/51 ). With x-ray positive resules were found in 39. 2 percent of this series (20/51). Among this series there were 47 patients as skeletal metastases in clinical diagosis, 44 patients whose redionuclide bone imaging results were positive rate was 93. 6 percent. Positive rates of CT.MRI and x-ray examination were 66. 7.83. 3 and 42. 6 percent, respatively. It has been proved that radionuclide (99TC-MDP) bone imaging is a safe. reliable and sensitive method. Comparing with x-ray examination, radionuclide bone imaging can early detect skeletal lesions for one to eight months.
