| 摘 要： | 1975年至1995年，我院收治鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤14例，按Kahish分期标准，A期1例，B期4例，C期9例。5例存活超过5年，5例已死亡。免疫组化联合检验可提高诊断准确率，手术和放疗是主要治疗手段。早期的准确诊断和积极的综合治疗是提高本病生存率的关键。 |

| Abstract: | From 1975 to 1995, 13 Patients with olfactory neuroblastoma were treated Surgically and radiotherapily in Jiang Shu Cancer Hospital.According to Kadish's Staging System, 1 case of stage A, 4 Stage B, 8 stage C, 5 cases survive over 5 years, and 5 died.Immunohistology can increase diagnostic accuracy.Surgery and radiotherapy were major treatment.Early accuratic diagnosis and aggressive combination treatment are the key to increasing survival rate of the disease. |
