| 摘 要： | 分化型甲状腺癌（differentiated thyroid carcinoma，DTC）包括甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma．PTC）和甲状腺滤泡状癌（follicular thyroid carcinoma．FTC），通过手术切除，并结合放射性核素治疗加甲状腺激素替代抑制疗法后，部分患者可治愈，且预后较好。
