| 摘 要： | 本文介绍 B 型超声提高胆道系统结石诊断的方法和步骤。即正确地使用仪器,严格做好检查前的准备,多体位、多切面的探查,检查过程中给予一定量的饮水,以及排除各种干扰因素。本组病例与手术后对照诊断,胆囊结石符合率99%,胆总管结石符合率88%,胆囊管结石2例和肝内胆管结石3例全部手术证实。

| Abstract: | In this study we introduced the diagnostic methods and steps of the rise of biliary system stone by B-Mode ultrasound.We used machine properly, took strict prepared before examination,scanned in variety positions and different crosses,ordered the patient drink some water during examination,and ruled out factors about interrupted.The compatible rate of ultrasonic diagnosis with findings at operation was 99%(99/100)in the gall bladder stone,88%(22/25)in the common blle duct stone, and 2 cases gall bladder duct and 3 cases liver bile duct stones were all confirmed with surgical results. |
