| 摘 要： | 目的:改进茶碱沙丁胺醇缓释片药品标准中沙丁胺醇释放度测定方法.方法:不加沉降篮,采用HPLC法,流动相为水-乙腈-磷酸-三乙胺(500∶37∶0.75∶1.35),检测波长225 nm.结果:在1,2,4,8 h的释放量分别达到沙丁胺醇标示量的15%～40%、25%～50%、40%～75%和75%以上.结论:新方法简单、快速,结果准确. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the dissolution of salbutamol in Theophylline and Salbutamol Sustained Release Tablets. Method： The sagging-basket was not used. The HPLC was carried out and the mobile phase composed of water-aeetonitrile-85% phosphate-tri- ethylamine （500： 37： 0. 75：1.35 ）. The detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results ： The dissolution of salbutamol meet the regulation.Conclution： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. |
