摘    要:
目的:建立非水电位滴定法测定盐酸伊托必利的含量。方法:采用非水电位滴定法,以冰醋酸-醋酐为溶剂,用高氯酸滴定液(0.1 mol.L-1)滴定,以非水pH玻璃电极用电位法指示终点。结果:电位突跃明显,测定结果与现行标准方法测定结果基本一致。结论:非水电位滴定法有效革除了汞盐,方法简便快速,准确度高,精密度好,可用于盐酸伊托必利的质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish a method for determination of hopride Hydrochloride. Methods : Nonaqueous potentiometric titration was used. hopride Hydrochloride was dissolved in glacial acetic acid-acetic anhydride and titrated with perehloric acid (0. 1 mol. L^-1 ). Nonaqueous pH glass electrode was used. The end point of the titration was determined by potentiometry method. Results : The results obtained by the two methods were ahnost consistent. Conclusion:The experimental results proved that the proposed method is effective for avoiding the use of mercuric acetate. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and precise, it can be used for the determination of Itopride Hydrochloride.
