家庭健康教育对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨家庭健康教育对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法选择在我院住院治疗的92例精神分裂症患者，分为实验组和对照组，各46例。对照组进行常规的治疗与护理，实验组在此基础上同步实施家庭健康教育，并采用生活质量量表对患者进行评定。结果家庭健康教育1年后，实验组患者的生活质量评定总分及生活、心理、独立性、社会关系领域得分均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论家庭健康教育能明显改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量，有助于患者全面康复。

The effect of family-focused health education on the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of family - focused health education on the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Ninety two patients with schizophrenia were recruited and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The pa- tients in the control group only received routine treatment and nursing care, while the patients in the experimental group received family - focused health education besides the routine treatment and nursing care. All the patients were assessed by the WHO Quality of Life Scale （ WHOQOL）. Results One year later, the total score of quality of life and the domain score of physiological, psychological, inde- pendent and social were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The family - fo- cused health education can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia, what is beneficial for the patients＇ full recovery.
