纤维-螯合剂降低鸡蛋胆固醇的实验研究

摘    要:
为了评价纤维-螫合剂降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的效果,采用京白3系母鸡128只(22周龄),随机分为4组,分别喂基础饲料(CD)、添加4%纤维饲料(FD)、添加4%螫合剂饲料(SD)、添加2%纤维和2%螫合剂饲料(FSD)。喂饲60天后,各组鸡蛋胆固醇含量分别为3.9±0.28、3.5±0.30、3.4±0.30、3.2±0.20mg/g,FSD组比CD组减少17.9%(P<0.01)。实验期间,各组平均蛋重量和饲料消耗相近(P>0.05),而FSD组产蛋率为每只鸡(0.37±0.22枚/日),饲料效率(0.21±0.11kg蛋/kg饲料)明显高于其它组(P<0.01),比CD组分别高54.2%和61.5%。实验表明,纤维-螫合剂降低鸡蛋胆固醇的效果显著。

Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of feeding the laying hens with fiber-sequestrant on reduction of egg cholesterol. Initially, 128 Jingbai pullets(22 weeks old) were randomly divided into 4 groups, and fed with 4 dietsra control diet(CD), a diet with 4% fiber(FD), a diet with 4% sequestrant(SD), a diet with 2% fiber + 2% sequestrant(FSD)respective-ly for up to 60 days. At the end of experiment, the egg cholesterol concentrations in laying hens by feeding CD, FD, SD, FSD were 3.9±0.28, 3.5 ±0.30, 3.4±0.30, 3.2±0.20mg/g, respectively. The cholesterol content of egg from group 4(FSD) decreased 17.9% when compared to CD. Throughout the experimental period, differences in the average egg weight and the amount of feed intake were not significant (P>0.05). However, egg production (0.37±0.22 egg/hen· day) and feed efficiency(0.21 ±0.11 egg kg/feed kg) in group 4(FSD) increased 54.2% and 61.5% respectively. The results from this study showed that egg cholesterol significantly decreased when laying hens were fed fiber-sequestrant.
