弥漫性对称性巨大脂肪瘤围手术期预见性护理

目的回顾性分析本科收治的9例弥漫性对称性的巨大脂肪瘤,探讨实施预见性护理程序的可行性。方法实施预见性护理程序,术前心理护理,体位训练,术后切口观察、饮食、疼痛和口腔护理等,并进行评估及预见性护理。结果预见性护理程序的应用,使护理工作由被动变主动,有效地预防并发症的发生,使患者术后恢复顺利,未发生与护理有关的并发症。结论实施预见性护理程序是可行的,做好术前准备、适时心理护理、病情观察、整体护理评估等,有效的预防了并发症的发生,达到了提高手术成功率、缩短病程、降低费用的目的 。

Predictive nursing of multiple symmetric lipomatosis in perioperative period
