| Abstract: | In colleges and universities,management moves to the current secondary management system.With the amount of teaching administration work is increased and becomes difficult,the academic educational secretaries are faced with new problems and challenges.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the work of academic educational secretary and proposed what should secretary do in the new situation. |
