小儿全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的原因分析及护理对策

[目的]探讨小儿全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的原因以及护理措施。[方法]选取98例全身麻醉手术患儿,将其分为研究组和对照组各49例,对照组患儿给予常规护理,研究组在其基础上给予全身麻醉苏醒期的护理干预,观察对比两组患儿躁动发生的情况。[结果]两组患儿护理后躁动发生情况比较,研究组患儿中轻度1例,中度2例,重度2例,躁动总发生率为10.20%;对照组患儿中轻度6例,中度4例,重度4例,躁动总发生率为28.57%;两组结果比较研究组躁动发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]小儿全身麻醉手术苏醒期躁动发生的影响因素较为复杂,因此手术中分析其躁动发生的原因,并在苏醒期给予患儿针对性的护理干预,能够有效减少患儿躁动发生率。

Causative analysis on dysphoria during revival period in children undergoing general anesthesia and its nursing countermeasures

Objective：To probe into dysphoria during revival period in children undergoing general anesthesia and its nursing countermeasures.Methods：A total of 98children receiving general anesthesia were selected and divided into research group and control group,49cases in each.The ill children in control group were given conventional nursing,and patients in research group were given nursing intervention during revival period in general anesthesia based on conventional nursing.The occurrence of dysphoria in patients in both groups was observed and compared.Results：The occurrence of dysphoria was compared in ill children between both groups.In research group there was a case with mild-to-moderate dysphoria,two cases with moderate dysphoria,2cases with severe dysphoria,and total incidence was 10.20%;in control group there were six cases with mild-to-moderate dysphoria,moderate dysphoria in four cases,severe dysphoria in four cases,and total incidence was 28.57%.The incidence of dysphoria in research group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The influencing factors of pediatric dysphoria during revival period in general anesthesia are complicated,so the dysphoria reasons should be analyzed during operation period,and the ill children should be given specific nursing intervention during revival period,which can reduce the incidence of pediatric dysphoria effectively.
