| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术的手术方法 及技术改进.方法 分析2005年7月～2008年3月后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术85例,直径0.8～2.5cm,左侧40例,右侧45例.其中25例术前行体外冲激波碎石术(ESWL)治疗,结石未见明显碎裂.结果 84例手术成功,1例因置双J管久顺利行小切口下置管.手术时间48～220min,平均75min,术中出血20～100ml,放置引流管时间5～12天,平均7天,置入双J管术后1月拔除.术后尿漏1例,经引流后自愈,后腹腔感染1例,经重新置管引流及加强抗炎治疗后治愈.65例获随访,肾积水均有不同程度改善,无明显输尿管狭窄.结论 后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术手术安全,可部分替代开放取石术.
