| 摘 要： | 根据卫生部《中国护理事业发展规划纲要(2005-2010年)》的要求,为配合中国医疗体制改革的深化和完善,从8个方面探讨了高等护理教育的发展策略,即:调整护理教育层次结构使之逐步趋于合理;推进护理教育的国际化进程;狠抓护理教育内涵的建设;突破传统医学教育模式,加快高等护理教育课程体系改革;加强社区护理教育研究,开发具有中国特色的社区护理课程体系;高等护理教育要注重培养临床护理专家;高等护理教育中应逐步重视男护生的培养;高等护理教育不应忽视中医护理人才的培养。

| Abstract: | According to Nursing Development Plan in China(2005-2010) proclaimed by Ministry of Public Health and to match up to the progress of development strategy of medical reform in China,the development strategies of higher nursing education were put forward such as regulating nursing education structure to be more reasonable,propelling the internationalization of nursing education, paying more attention to nursing education's connotation, accelerating curriculum system reform of higher nursing education, strengthen community health nursing education with Chinese characteristics,emphasizing development of clinical nurse specialist,training more male nursing students and making a point of nursing education for traditional Chinese medicine. |
