针灸预刺激对AD大鼠脑内自由基影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察针灸预刺激百会、肾俞穴对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠脑内丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响.方法 Aβ25-35注入SD大鼠大脑海马区造模,造模前后采用灸、针、针加灸方法进行治疗,并设正常组、假手术组和模型组.应用分光光度计测定大鼠大脑海马中MDA含量及GSH-Px活性的变化,并与模型组进行比较.结果 针灸预刺激可降低模型动物MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高GSH-Px活性(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 针灸能清除体内自由基,提高机体的抗氧化能力,减轻脑内自由基对神经元的损伤,从而起到延缓脑老化的作用.
