黛力新辅助治疗中老年非糜烂性胃食管反流病85例疗效观察

目的：探讨黛力新辅助奥美拉唑和吗叮啉治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病（non erosive reflux disease,NERD）的临床疗效。方法：将85例NERD患者随机分为两组：治疗组（n=43）和对照组（n=42）。治疗组口服黛力新、奥美拉唑和吗叮啉,对照组口服奥美拉唑和吗叮啉。治疗前进行烧心、反酸和胸痛等反流症状评估,治疗8周后分别观察两组症状持续改善、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,按疗效观察标准分析结果。结果：81例完成随访,治疗组2周末、4周末症状持续改善高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;8周末症状持续改善两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。疗程结束后临床症状缓解,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应总发生率差异无显著性（P=0.622）。结论：黛力新辅助奥美拉唑和吗叮啉治疗NERD优于奥美拉唑和吗叮啉,是治疗NERD的理想药物之一。

Study on the therapeutic effect of deanxit in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease in 85 middle and aged patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of non-erosive reflux disease in 85 middle and aged patients treated by deanxit,omeprazole and domperidone.Methods:85 middle and aged patients with non-erosive reflux disease confirmed by endoscope were randomly divided into the treatment group(deanxit,omeprazole and domperidone,43 cases)and the control group(omeprazole and domperidone,42 cases).After 8 weeks of treatment,clinical symptoms as heartburn,chestpain,acid reflux and belching were observed respectively,the therapeutic effect were taken as criteria for comparison. Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,81 patients finished following, symptomatic remitted rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of controll group(P<0.05),persistent improvement of symptomatic remitted rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of controll group in 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),persistent improvement of symptomatic remitted rate of the treatment group was not significantly higher than that of controll group in 8 weeks after treatment(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in the side effects between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Deanxi,omeprazole and domperidone are more effective for treating non-erosive reflux disease.
