黄连清降合剂治疗原发性高血压46例临床研究

目的：观察黄连清降合剂治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法：用清肝宁心、泻火解毒的黄连清降合剂治疗原发性高血压46例，以牛黄降压丸作为对照，治疗26例。结果：治疗组降压疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），其降压作用呈明显的时效关系，以药后3－6小时为明显，并能改善症状、左室舒张功能、心肌缺血，纠正血脂、血糖代谢紊乱，降低血液粘稠度，而且安全可靠，无明显的不良反应。结论：提示黄连清降合剂治疗原发性高血压有效好的疗效。

Clinical Study on Huang Lian Qing Jiang Mixture for Treatment of 46 Cases of Primary Hypertension

Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Huang Lian Qing Jiang Mixture on primary hypertension. Methods: 46 cases of primary hypertension were treated by Huang Lian Qing Jiang Mixture and 26 cases were treated by Niu Huang Jiang Ya Pills as control group. Results: The therapeutic effect for reducing blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05). and the action of reducing blood pressure showed a significant time-effect relation between 3-6 hours after administration of the medicine. The medicine could improve symptoms, left ventricular diastolic function and myocardial ischemia, correct disorder of blood lipids and glucose, and decrease blood viscosity with no obvious adverse response. Conclusion: Huang Lian Qing Jiang Mixture has a better therapeutic effect on primary hypertension.
