济南地区出入境人员疾病监测结果报告

〔目的〕掌握出入境人员健康状况,以期为加强出入境人员管理,做好疾病监测和控制工作提供依据。〔方法〕对2000—2007年度济南地区出入境人员疾病监测资料进行整理、统计、分析。〔结果〕8年间实施出入境人员疾病监测50409人,结果表明出入境人员数量呈逐年增长,人员构成也逐年发生变化。疾病总检出率为187.33‰,其中传染病检出率为24.68‰,非传染性疾病检出率为162.65‰,标化后疾病检出男女之比为2.09：1,传染病检出男女之比为1.71：1。疾病总检出率年龄分布呈双峰型,而传染病检出率则随着年龄的增长而增高,呈单峰型分布,但以45岁年龄组为最高。入境人员传染病检出率高达38.88‰,高于境内各类人群。〔结论〕口岸疾病监测和控制的重点是入境人员,加强入境人员传染病的监测和控制工作,对提高疾病防治工作质量具有重要的作用。

Results on Diseases Surveillance among Exit-entry Personnel at Jinan Port

Objective To understand the status of the exit-entry personnel and to strengthen management of the Exit-Entry personnel, and to provide the evidences of disease surveillance and control work. Method The data of the Exit-Entry personnel on disease surveillance at Jinan port from 2000 to 2007 was collected and analyzed. Result Among 50 409 exit-entry personnel had been monitored. The number of entry-exit personnel were increasing and the crowds composing were changing year by year. The disease detection rate was 187.33%, the detection rate of infectious disease was 24.68% and the detection rate of non-communicable diseases was 162.65%, the ratio of male to female was 2.09：1 and that of the infectious diseases was 1.71：1 after the rate standardization. There was bimodal distribution in age, and the rate of infectious disease increased with aging, but the rate of 45-year-old group was the highest. The detection rate of infectious disease among entry personnel was 38.88%, and it was higher than each kind of crowd in domestic. Conclusion The key point of disease surveillance and control is the entry personnel at frontier ports. Strengthening infectious disease＇ s surveillance and control work among entry personnel is of great values.
