| 摘 要： | 对甲状旁腺激素的生理作用及机制、分子结构、受体结合和构效关系等方面的研究作一综述，以期为开发新型骨质疏松症治疗药物提供理论依据。甲状旁腺激素是一种生理活性多肽，体内独特的成骨作用使其作为治疗骨质疏松症药物的研究日益深入。

| Abstract: | Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is a polypeptide with physiological activity. The unique bone forming activity in vivo of PTH prouides a theoretical basis for the researches of it as a drug for the treatment of osteoporosis increasingly advanced. The physiological function and mechanism, molecule structure, binding to the receptor and structure-activity relationship of PTH were reviewed in this article for discovering new therapeutics for the treatment of osteoporosis. |
