| 摘 要： | 目的：分析我国陆军和空军飞行人员停止飞行的身体原因。方法：回顾分析近年患病飞行人员的住院病历。结果：患病飞行人员78.2%停止飞行,其中神经系统疾病占36.9%,心血管系统疾病17.8%,耳鼻咽喉疾病14.4%,消化系统疾病6.4%。陆军和空军飞行人员停飞人数无显著差别。结论：偏头痛是停飞比例最大的疾病。停止飞行的飞行人员平均年龄较轻,飞行时间较短。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the disqualified reasons of aircrews in Chinese army and air force. Methods： The medical records of invalid aircrew hospitalized in recent years were reviewed. Results： A total of 78. 2% hospitalized aircrews were disqualified to fly,with the diseases of neurological system 36. 9% ,cardiological system 17. 8% ,otorhinolaryngological diseases14. 4% ,and gastrointestinal diseases 6. 4% . There was no significant difference in the number of disqualified aircrews between the army and air force. Conclusion： All disqualified aircrews are averagely young with less flight time,migraine is the most common disease. |
