农村中医适宜技术问卷的信度和效度分析

目的分析农村中医适宜技术问卷的的信度和效度。方法采用现场调查的方式,由被访者本人填写该问卷,收回有效问卷1 387份。结果信度方面,通过内部一致性信度检验,在对农村中医适宜技术价位需求和对具体农村中医适宜技术的选择两个领域信度较好,均高于0.6;只有对农村中医适宜技术的一般认识领域的信度低于0.6。问卷总体的克朗巴赫α系数为0.964 4,分半系数为0.922 0。效度方面,结构效度采用因子分析法,按特征根值>1提取其因子,共提取因子6个,累计贡献率为65.46%。结构效度与理论假设相近。结论该调查问卷具有较好的信度、效度,在相关领域研究和评定中具有一定的实用价值。

Reliability and validity of questionnaire on the best technologies of Chinese medicine in rural areas

Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on screening the best(technologies) of Chinese medicine in rural areas.Method The spot-survey was used and the questionnaires were filled in by informant themselves.There are 1 387 valid questionnaires recalled.Result After the(reliability) test of internal consistency was used the reliabilities in the fields of price and selection of the best technologies of Chinese medicine were good and all above 0.6,while the reliability in the field of(general) knowledge about the best technologies of Chinese medicine was blow 0.6.The total Cronbach's(alpha)(coefficient) was 0.9644 and the split-half coefficient was 0.9220.The factor analysis was used to analyze the structure validity and there were 6 factors collected according to the characteristic Eigenvalue above 1.The cumulative proportion was 65.46%.The structure validity accorded to the theory design.Conclusion The questionnaire has a good reliability and validity,and is applicable to the research and evaluation in related field.
