小儿急性呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨深圳龙岗区小儿急性呼吸道感染(Acute respiratory infection,ARI)的病原菌分布,并进行耐药性分析.为临床诊断及治疗提供依据。方法采用常规方法对门诊及住院的急性呼吸道感染患儿进行痰液或咽拭子标本的病原菌分离培养,对实验结果进行统计分析。结果 肺炎链球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、流感嗜血杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌是深圳龙岗区小儿急性呼吸道感染的常见病原菌。结论各病原菌耐药状况严重,多重耐药株广泛存在,研究龙岗区小儿ARI的病原菌和耐药谱.对指导临床治疗、合理使用抗生素、减少耐药菌株的产生有重要意义。

Analysis on Pathogenic Distribution and Drug Resistance of Acute Respiratory Infection in Children

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The prupose of this paper is to investigate pathogenic bacteria isolated from children with Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) on the experiences in Longgang District, Shenzhen, and then analyze their drug resistance in order to provide some effective strategy for clinical treatment. METHOD Routine methods were used to isolate pathogenic bacteria from samples of children's throat swabs and sputum.Some bacteria identification and drug susceptibility tests were performed by means of VITEK-32. The results were analyzed statistically. RESULTS Our study has proved that Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus in- fluenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Enterobacter aerogenes are the main pathogenic bacteria in children's acute respiratory infection, with the detection rates of 14.28%, 13.14%, 11.43%, 10.86%, 10.86%, 7.71% , respectively. CONCLUSIONS The situation of drug resistance for all of the pathogenic bacterium is serious and muhidrug resistant strains exist prevailingly.Therefore, a study on the pathogenic distrbution and their resistant states from children with ARI in Longgang District of Shenzhen will help us to use antibiotics reasonably and decrease the appearance of drug resistant strains.
