晕厥患者脑电图与经颅多谱勒超声结果分析

目的:探讨脑电图和经颅多谱勒超声(TCD)在晕厥疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:对58例晕厥患者分别进行脑电图和TCD检查,分析晕厥患者脑电波改变和双侧大脑中动脉、椎-基底动脉血流速度的变化。结果:58例患者中有21例脑电图异常,表现α活动泛化、增强,θ、δ活动非特异性增多。45例TCD异常,所检血管出现流速增快或减慢、或两侧不对称、或频谱异常。结论:联合应用脑电图和TCD检查,有助于晕厥患者的诊断和治疗。

The result analysis of electroencephalogram and TCD in patients with syncope

Objective To investigate clinical significance of electroencephalogram and TCD for diagnosis for patients with syncope. Methods 58 patients who suffered from syncope were examined with electroencephalogram and TCD.The Changes of brain electric wave, blood flow velocity of two sides middle cerebra and vertebra-base arteries was analyzed. Results 21 of 58 patients showed abnormal electroencephalogram which displayed α extensive movement ,θ and δ movement non special increase.45 of 58 patients showed abnormal TCD which displayed flow velocity increase, or decrease, or two sides asymmetry, or abnormal frequency spectrum in the blood vessels. Conclusion Combining electroencephalogram with TCD to examine patients may be useful to diagnose syncope.
