探讨健康教育护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎患者中的生活质量的影响

目的:探讨健康教育护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎患者中的生活质量的影响.方法:选取2014.2~2015.2 就诊的100例老年慢性支气管炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组 ,各50例 ,对照组进行传统护理干预 ,而观察组采用健康教育护理干预 ,记录患者临床治疗时间和复发时间 ,观察其生活状况改变情况.结果:健康教育护理干预治疗后的患者临床治疗平均时间为(7.3±2.9)天 ,复发平均时间为(193.2±3.9)天 ,对照组为(16.1± 2.4 )天和(147.3 ± 4.4 )天 ;经治疗后 ,所有患者的生活习惯都发生改变 ,对照组生活习惯改善患者25例(50.0% ) ,戒烟戒酒患者32例(64.0% ) ,观察组前者有42例(84.0% ) ,后者46例(9.0% ).结论:健康教育护理干预在临床上效果显著 ,缩短了患者的治疗时间 ,延长复发时间 ,患者生活状态得到改善.

Study of the effects of health education nursing intervention on the life quality of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

Objective :To explore the effects of health education nursing interventionon the life quality of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis . Methods :100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group .The control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention ,while the observation group was treated with health education nursing intervention . The clinical treatment time and recurrence time were recorded ,and the changes of living conditions were observed .Results :The average clinical treat-ment time of observation group was (7 .3 ± 2 .9) days ,the average recurrencetime was (193 .2 ± 3 .9) days ,compared with the control group (4 .4 ± 2.4) days and (147 .3 ± 4 .4) days .After treatment ,all patients had changed ,the control group of 25 cases (50% ) ,42 cases (84% ) ,46 cases (9% ) . Conclusion :Health education nursing intervention in clinical effects is remarkable .It can shorten the treatment time of patients and prolong the time of recurrence ,and the patients living condition is improved .
