自体Beagle犬肾移植模型的建立

目的 建立自体Beagle犬肾移植模型。方法8只Beagle犬均切取左侧肾脏,经HC—A液低温灌注、保存48h后植入自体右侧髂窝。将供肾动、静脉分别与自体右侧髂外动、静脉吻合,输尿管与膀胱抗返流吻合,同时切除右侧肾脏。检测实验犬移植前后肾功能指标,并观察一般情况。结果8只实验犬移植后血清肌酐逐渐升高,于第3d达高峰,与术前相比差别具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,后逐渐下降,于3周余恢复。结论通过实验,建立了自体Beagle犬肾移植模型,为后续的实验研究提供了便利。

Establishment of kidney autotransplantation model on Beagle dogs

Objective To establish the kidney autotransplantation model of Beagle dogs. Methods The left kidneys of 8 Beagle dogs were harvested followed by hypothermia flushing and preservation with HC-A solution,and then they were transplanted into the autogeneic right iliac fossa after 48 hours.
