| 摘 要： | 目的评价选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫平滑肌瘤的临床意义。方法16例症状性子宫肌瘤患者采用Seldinger方法经双侧子宫动脉插管,注入PVA颗粒行双侧子宫动脉栓塞,术后3、12、24个月观察肌瘤缩小情况及临床症状改善情况。结果子宫动脉栓塞术后肌瘤体积缩小明显(P<0.01),月经恢复正常,贫血及压迫症状明显改善或消失。结论选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫平滑肌瘤是一种安全、微创、疗效显著的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effective of selective embolization of uterine arteries in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 16 cases with symptomatic uterine leiomyoma were treated by Seldinger's selective uterines arterie embolization. The catheter was placed into the double uterine arteries with Polyviny Alcohol Foam (PVA) particles as the embolizer. At 3?12?24 months postoperatively, investigated the effects of the embolization. Results After uterine arterial embolization, the volume of uterine leiomyoma decreased, the menorrhageia and menstrual cycles returned to normal, and pain resolved. Conclusion Selective arteries embolization is an effective? safe and less invasive way to treat uterine leiomyoma. |
